Privacy Policy

This page describes what AdBlocker Pro stores, what it does not collect, and how subscription, support, and diagnostics data are handled.

Summary

AdBlocker Pro stores blocking preferences, whitelist entries, custom rules, selected language, and purchase status on the user's device. These settings are also written to the shared app group used by the Safari content blocker extension so rules can be applied locally on the same device.

What we do not do

  • We do not route the user's web traffic through our servers.
  • We do not create a remote browsing profile.
  • We do not require an account to use the app.

Payments

StoreKit is used to load products, complete purchases, and restore previous purchases. Apple may process payment and account information according to Apple's own privacy policy.

Support requests

If a user submits a support request from the app, the message, optional email address, and diagnostic summary they provide are sent to the configured support endpoint to investigate the issue.

Diagnostics

If a user manually shares diagnostics from the app, the shared summary is limited to app version, build number, device model, and operating system version.

Automatic rule updates

If automatic rule updates are enabled in the shipped build, the app may fetch a remote rule manifest and rule pack from the configured endpoint so Safari rules can be refreshed on-device.

User controls

Users can remove whitelist entries and delete custom rules directly in the app.
