Setup checklist
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Go to
Apps > Safari > Extensions. - Enable
AdBlocker Proas a content blocker. - Return to the app and use
Refresh Rules.
If blocking is not working
- Fully close and reopen Safari after refreshing rules.
- Check whether the site is in the whitelist.
- Disable aggressive mode if a website is broken.
Before requesting help
- Open
Settings > Support Centerin the app. - Copy or share the diagnostics summary shown there.
- If the production build exposes the support request form, send the issue directly from that screen.
- If the issue is site-specific, include the affected website address and the exact steps to reproduce it.
- If possible, note whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Diagnostics
The iOS app includes a Support Center that lets users copy or share a diagnostics summary containing app version, build number, device model, and OS version. In builds where the support endpoint is configured, users can also submit a support request with an optional email address and issue description.
